About ASF-Sushruta Mentor Program

The ASF-Sushruta Mentor Program, inspired by the legendary Sushruta, known as the "Father of Surgery," upholds his enduring contributions to medicine and healthcare. Sushruta’s pioneering work in surgical techniques and his holistic approach to medicine laid the foundation for medical practices that combined technical expertise with compassion and ethical conduct.

In line with his legacy, the ASF-Sushruta Mentor Program is designed to guide MBBS and Nursing students, helping them cultivate not only clinical proficiency but also the empathy and ethical responsibility essential for excellence in healthcare. This program is dedicated to producing future healthcare professionals who can uphold the highest standards of medical care and contribute positively to the medical community and society.
