About the Role:

As a Program Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Education Assistance Program, helping students from disadvantaged backgrounds access quality education. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of youth by offering essential support in their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct beneficiary outreach and support enrolment processes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of students in the program.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Handle data management and reporting to track student progress and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about education and social impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Dedicated to helping youth overcome educational barriers.
  • Previous experience in education or social development is a plus.

Guide, Support, Transform Lives

We offer internships and volunteer opportunities for individuals passionate about education, youth empowerment, and making a lasting impact. Currently, we are seeking Volunteer Mentors to join our Mentor Program. As a mentor, you will guide and support students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing career advice, academic assistance, and personal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Offer guidance on academic and career development.
  • Help inspire the next generation of leaders.

These positions are volunteer-based and do not offer financial compensation. However, the experience is incredibly rewarding.
