Sandhya aims to make a difference in society through small yet impactful actions. She firmly believes in empathy and kindness in her profession as a social worker. With eight years of experience, she has trained life skills for kids from less fortunate backgrounds and has extensive expertise in corporate communication, working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Her main duties at ASF include overseeing the Education Assistance Program's end-to-end onboarding, developing partnerships and documentation.
