With 5 years of experience in K-12 content design and digitalization, she has gained a solid understanding of technology and processes that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Her skills in creating clear, engaging content and supporting digital changes contribute to smooth operations.

Currently, she works with the Education Assistance Program, focusing on the renewal process for selected students, maintains website updates, donor data management, and creates content for the website and other ASF documents.
