As a Change Facilitator, she trained school Headmasters in soft skills, enhancing their ability to support students and create positive learning environments.

Currently, she is leading the end-to-end onboarding process in the Education Assistance Program. With expertise in student engagement, program coordination, and mentorship, she thrives in dynamic settings that require strategic planning and clear communication.
