The ASF-Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Mentor Program is named in honour of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, India’s second President, and a distinguished philosopher and scholar. Dr. Radhakrishnan's life exemplified the transformative power of education, emphasizing the importance of intellectual curiosity, ethical leadership, and the pursuit of knowledge. These core values are the foundation of the ASF-Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Mentor Program, designed to inspire the next generation of thinkers and leaders.
Through this program, we strive to continue Dr. Radhakrishnan’s legacy by guiding students on their academic journeys and helping them develop the skills necessary for success in their careers. We foster an environment that encourages lifelong learning, personal growth, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to society. Our mentors are dedicated to supporting their mentees with the guidance, knowledge, and motivation needed to unlock their full potential.
With 48 mentees and 22 dedicated mentors, the program fosters an environment where students receive personalized mentorship to help them unlock their full potential. Our mentors work with students from a wide range of courses, including Undergraduate (UG) Programs: B.Sc. in Hospitality, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Zoology, Biotechnology, and Interior Designing, B.A. in Sociology, Journalism, and Psychology, BBA, BRS, B.Ed., B.Com, LLB, Bar Counselling, Diploma in Sanitary Inspector, and Postgraduate (PG) Programs: IMBA, MBA (with a focus on Cyber Security), MSW, M.A. in Clinical Psychology and Biotechnology, M.Sc. in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics.
