Dhaval is a passionate human being who is inspired by the forces of nature and teachings of ancient Hindu philosophies. He considers himself as a permanent student of life, believes in continuous learning, un-learning and re-learning at every life stages with a strong focus on enhancing the self-awareness quotient through practice of deep meditation, introspection and building a broader network of critics. He strongly believes that potential of the human mind is unlimited and is unleashed to a new high every time it is challenged. He practices the same with himself and with his teams and associates with a pure view of furthering the growth process for every individual.
Dhaval’s professional experience includes leadership level commitment in building multiple businesses from a concept to a wholesome functional business model while going through the entire learning curve, both self learnt and inspired through others experiences. In his 20 years of professional career, Dhaval had several board level experiences with focus on strategic planning & project management, business design & structuring, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic alliances and negotiations, finance prudence, capital management and organization building for future. He had been a strong advocate of risk management, governance, efficient investment decisions, sustainability reporting besides continuously engaging with multiple stakeholders. Sectoral exposure covers Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy (from Solar, Wind, Hybrid, Biomass, Municipal solid waste agriculture), RE equipment’s integrated manufacturing value chain, Green Hydrogen focused integrated value chain, agriculture & allied activities like energy plantations, dairy-farm, bio-fertilizer, contract research focused on next gene genomics research, pharmaceuticals, and K-12 Education during his 20 years professional journey.
Education is a subject close to his heart and he considers himself fortunate to be associated with certain institutions through which he has been able to contribute positively by sharing his learnings & experiences and in process make difference to people’s life. Through his active association with AdiMahesh Seva Foundation, he envisions to wholeheartedly contribute positively to the lives of the beneficiaries.
